What pricing looks like

Every project we take on is customized, but to give you a starting point, here are the three ways most organizations work with us. Think of these as a foundation, not a ceiling.

Starter

You are a small or medium sized organization that needs strategic guidance with your campaigns

$4,000 – $5,000

per campaign (no retainer costs)


Includes:

  • Donor strategy assessment to build the plan

  • Tailored campaign recommendation for one direct mail or digital campaign

  • Training calls (4 to 6, one on one) to ensure campaign success

Growth

You are a medium sized org that wants deeper donor relationships and strategic storytelling

$8,000 – $12,000

per campaign (no retainer costs)


Includes:

  • Data audit to identify opportunities for growth

  • Donor strategy assessment to build the plan

  • Engagement strategy for donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades

  • Campaign design and execution for individual or annual direct mail or digital campaigns

  • High-level post-campaign retrospective

Leadership

You are a medium or large sized organization that is ready for exponential growth

$14,000 – $20,000

per campaign (no retainer costs)


Includes:

  • Data audit to identify opportunities for growth

  • Donor strategy assessment to build the plan

  • Full-service, strategic design and implementation for multi-channel campaigns, including mid-level, legacy giving and monthly donor pipelines

  • Annual donor retention plan with metrics tracking, ROI evaluations, and in-depth stewardship strategies

Custom Add-Ons (Available Across All Packages):

  • Specialty Campaigns: Design and execution of specialized campaigns - Gratitude Reports, Case for Support, Monthly Donor Conversions, Legacy Programs, Acquisition (for further discussion and costing available).

  • Specialized Coaching: Monthly coaching on mid-level, major, and legacy donor strategies.

  • Digital Package and Acquisition: Creation of donor welcome journey's, digital and/or mail.
