Jen Love is a storyteller. For 30 years, she’s been a fundraising strategist, writer and creative for 30 years, crafting compelling stories that cultivate deeper and more meaningful connections with donors. Jen is a Partner at Agents of Good, a strategic and creative storytelling firm where values passion and purpose come first…and forever.

Melissa is a seasoned fundraiser with over 16 years of experience helping charities create impactful campaigns that inspire generosity and drive results.
Passionate about storytelling and building meaningful relationships, Melissa's approach blends creativity and strategy to bring big ideas to life that help charities create real, measurable change in the communities they serve.
When she's not brainstorming new campaign ideas, you can find her planning her next trip somewhere unforgettable [her favourite destination right now is Greece], practicing yoga or discovering new vegetarian recipes.

As a kid, Lorraine was always curious and caring, traits that shaped her love for helping others. Growing up in a supportive environment with social-justice-minded parents, she learned the importance of empathy and giving back from a young age.
Lorraine's journey in the world of giving started early on, as she got involved in community projects and fundraisers during her youth. These experiences sparked her passion for making a positive impact and paved the way for her future in philanthropy.
Throughout her formative years, Lorraine's love for learning led her to study marketing and communications, setting the stage for her role in the fundraising game. With a knack for understanding people and effective communication, she set out to learn more and give back in the charity world.
Taking inspiration from her upbringing, Lorraine found an incredible home at Agents of Good, an amazing agency all about creative fundraising that really connects with people. Guided by her unwavering commitment to making a meaningful impact, she shows up at work every day – the days she isn’t paddleboarding, mountain biking, or snowboarding – to bring stories to people who share her vision.
Today, Lorraine keeps using her skills and passion to make a difference, showing that a little kindness can go a long way.
